The Cleveland Lions Club has partnered with Karis Health to help those with their eye needs. Cleveland Lions Club will pay for glasses as well as cataract surgery. Karis has the ability to screen the patients to determine their needs. When a need is found, Karis will provide the patient with a Lions Club form which has the names of the physicians that have agreed to help the Lions Club with their services.

Patients should come to Karis to determine if they are financially eligible and need to bring the following:

ID
Medical insurance cards,
Proof of residency in Bradley County (like a bill with name and address)
Proof of HOUSEHOLD income (paystubs/SSI letter for the patient and anyone they live with/anyone that supports them)

Financial screenings are M-F 9-11am, or 1:30pm – 2:30pm.
